Group Therapy

Healing, does not happen in isolation. It unfolds in relationship—through shared experience, reflection, and the quiet recognition that we are not alone in what we carry.

I offer group therapy experiences designed to support connection, resilience, and meaningful growth. Rooted in a blend of talk therapy, expressive arts, and horticultural therapy, these groups create space for participants to explore their inner landscape while drawing inspiration from the adaptive wisdom of the natural world.

Some groups are offered directly through my practice, while others are created in collaboration with community partners. I welcome the opportunity to work alongside local organizations, schools, wellness spaces, and community programs to thoughtfully design group offerings that meet the unique needs of the populations they serve.

Together, we can co-create experiences that may include themes such as:

  • Managing anxiety and overwhelm

  • Supporting teens and young adults

  • Caregiver and parent support

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Burnout, stress, and nervous system regulation

  • Creative expression and emotional processing

  • Nature-based and desert resilience frameworks

These groups can be tailored in format, length, and therapeutic approach, and may be offered in person or via telehealth depending on your setting and goals.

If your organization is seeking a grounded, creative, and clinically-informed group experience for your community, I am open to collaborative planning, contracted services, and customized program development.
